Begin by opening the IncrediMail program. The follow screen will open up.
At the top left of the window, click on the tools option.
Near the bottom of the list, click on Email Accounts. The ‘Mail Accounts’ window will open as show below. If you are starting new with IncrediMail the box should be blank. To the left hand side of the window, click on ‘Add’.
The following window will come up next. You’ll want to click on ‘Gmail’.
A window will come up asking for your Fidelity username and password. For the username please make sure you are putting the entire email address, like shown below. Then click Next at the bottom right.
The following window asks for the server information, make sure you type the below information in lower case. Incoming mail server: pop.gmail.com Outgoing mail server : smtp.gmail.com. Then to proceed, hit next at the bottom right. It will attempt to locate your account and once successful you’ll choose finish.
You will be brought back to the original screen where we are going to have to change a few more settings. Click on properties to the right hand side of the screen.
Click on the ‘Servers’ tab at the top of the properties window. At the very bottom of the screen check the box “My server requires authentication”. Now at the top of the window click on the ‘Advanced’ tab.
On the ‘Advanced’ tab check both top boxes ‘This server requires a secure connection (SSL)’ location under Outgoing mail and Incoming mail. Make sure to change port 25 to 465 on outgoing mail. Leave incoming mail 995 the same. Click ok at the bottom of the screen and you are complete.
